From Burnsall village green follow the Wharfe to Kail Lane which leads to Sheepfold, past disused mine workings to Hell Hole and down to Skyreholme Beck. This was swollen so following it’s course was not possible so, over the tops past Trollers Gill to rejoin the Beck. Past Parcevall Hall through Skyreholme, over Howgill to join the Wharfe then follow this upstream back to Burnsall.
